Use cooler correctly
The cone crusher oil temperature should be held in 38~54°C（100~130°F）, and the best working temperature is 38~46°C（100~115°F）, and it can ensure lubricating oil performance stability within this range. When environment or job cause the oil temperature increases to 54 °C (130 °F), it should use lubricant cooler. Therefore conditional unit can install a temperature control valves in the lubricating system, and automatic control cooling water into the cooler. If no install temperature control valves, it should be installed a ball valve to manual adjust water through the cooler. The quantity of water must be based on environmental temperature and working conditions of crusher and the tenet is to make lubrication temperature stability in 38 ~ 54 °C (100 ~ 130 °F).
Analysis fuel samples regularly.
It should be analysis crusher fuel samples every half a month, and it main analysis the content of Cu, Fe, water and dust and viscosity index. If Cu, Fe content in excess, then it explaining crusher internal abnormal wear and it should be stop and disintegration inspection. If the water and dust exceed, it should be to find oil fill dust reason, which probably also want to overhaul. According to the analysis result, we can know
crusher working condition, and accomplish know fairly well which is helpful to maintain crusher.
